To Request Pre-Set Call Forwarding on Your Account
Businesses need to forward their phone calls for a multitude of reasons, such as when the internet or power goes out, when your staff calls in sick or needs to work remote, or for any other unforeseen emergency.
The easiest way to forward calls is through a pre-set forwarding code, created by your Clarity Support team. When dialed from your desk phone, WebPhone or mobile app, the code will trigger forwarding that has been configured on your account.
