Clarity offers support for integrating screen pops, click to call, retrieving call recording information and retrieving historical or real-time call data for analysis in two ways; a custom API connection and product based APIs.

  • CUSTOM API: The Clarity Application Programming Interface (API) is a web service designed to allow Clarity customers to access call data and initiate calls through your application. This empowers your developers to create applications and facilitate features such as screen pops, click to call, retrieve call recording information and retrieve historical or real-time call data for analysis. Authentication is completed by initializing a session instance to the Clarity web services API. The session requires that valid authentication credentials be passed.
