- Install your phone equipment as soon as possible
Your phones will be able to make calls when you receive them. The sooner you plug them in, the more time you have to get acclimated with the operation of the phones. Help for setting up your equipment can be found in the Installing section.
- Review Basic Training
Review the Basic Training instructions and practice basic usage of the phone service. The two most common questions received by Clarity Support are how to transfer a call to another phone and how to forward calls.
