Quick Tip – Auto Attendant

For businesses who use an Auto Attendant to direct customers to the right employee or department, it’s more important than ever to stay in the know on the newest Auto Attendant options.

For example, Clarity’s Auto Attendants now have both Text-to-Speech and Speech-to-Text capabilities.

Text-to-Speech

Need to make a change fast? Use the Text-to-Speech option!

Instead of recording a new Greeting, simply type your Greeting into the Auto Attendant’s Menu Prompt and choose from one of the automated voices available.

Speech-to-Text

Want to give your customers more options to go hands-free? Your Auto Attendant can help!

By adding Number Keywords, your customer will be able to either press or say the Number of the Option they would like to reach.

How To Get Started?

It’s as easy as 1-2-3.

  1. Contact us, and we will add a Number Keyword for each Option that you have programmed.
  2. Once added, your Greeting will then be changed to include the Number Keywords. You can re-record your Greeting or take advantage of the Text-to-Speech option and have us type out a new Greeting for you.
  3. That’s it!
